1. INTRODUCTION
According to medical regulation, perkonsil number 67 year 2020, it is said that pain intervention is categorized as level 4 competency for orthopedic surgeon. Thus a pain intervention course called PRECURSOR (comprehensive course in pain and regenerative developed by medical faculty, University Padjajaran) was established in 2019. Supported by PERDINI, Indonesian Association of Pain Intervention Doctors, which aim to development of education, information, consulting and training interventional pain management in Indonesia, we would like to invite all multidiscipline experts who have similar interest in USG guided for pain intervention and regenerative medicine to come and join for the scientific meeting on August 14th -18th, 2021.
It is called SMART, the national largest gathering of clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and advocates working to reduce the excessive surgery and neuropathic pain with regenerative medicine approach. The purpose of this activity is to learn the best practice and recent updates from both national and international leading experts in pain management. Further more to build awareness that this alternative approach for pain should be affordable , yet remain promising for hospital investment and pain service development . The theme for this event is called PAIN FREE LIVING: OPERATIVE & NON-OPERATIVE APPROACH. Both approaches will be discussed deeper for providing the best outcome towards patients’ pain free living. SMART will be divided into 3 types of activity. Firstly is the special lecture notes with discussion of oral case presentation sections that provided to all participants. Secondly is cadaveric USG workshop online that offered special for precursor students. Last but least, webinar series and plenary lectures from national and international speakers will be provided.
This scientific meeting will be attended by all practitioners, medical device corporations, and solutions online to run the healthcare services for pain management and regenerative medicine. Thus, we would also welcome any stakeholders that could support us to success this event.
2. Aim
a. To elevate the knowledge regarding several approaches of pain intervention at any level competencies of medical doctor.
b. To share the knowledge of pain intervention from colleagues abroad.
c. To be such a scientific meeting event that increase friendship among medical doctors

The theme for this event is called PAIN FREE LIVING: OPERATIVE & NON-OPERATIVE APPROACH

This event will be consists of some activities such as:

c. Lunch symposium
d. Case presentation
e. Dry workshop
f. Enter exam, Interview exam and graduation student batch one precursor
5. Type of event
The event will be conducted by online through zoom meeting, websites, and tapping videos.
6. Time
It will be on August 14-15, 2021 from 8.30 AM – 4.30 PM.

All medical doctors who are interested in pain intervention.
